bakery- bread rolls & bread loaf

                            12. BREAD
Ingredients:-
Flour  -2 kg
Salt  -20 gms
Milk pdr  -100 gms
Dry yeast  -20 gms
Water  -01 litre
Cake margarine  -100gm/butter.
Sugar  -100 gms
Milk  -200 ml
Refined oil  -50 ml
Method:-
1.Add refined flour, salt & milk pdr to the dough mixer.
2.Make yeast solution by mixing yeast, water & vanilla essence.
3.Start dough mixer, after adding yeast solution.
4.Add cake margarine, sugar granules, milk then refined flour.
5.Knead it for 10 min.
6.Cover dough with polythene for 30 min.
7.Divide dough according t dishes.
8.Fold dough, turn upside dow.Leave for proofing.
9.Give shape, proof for 30 min.
10.Press insid slightly, to spread properly.

11.Pfoof for 01 hrs.spray water. 12.Bake at 220c for 45 min to 1 hr.

15.BREAD ROLL
Method:-
1.Make round balls,Place on greased baking tray.Proof it for 45min till they double there size.
2.Spray water on rolls before baking.
3.Bake at 230c for 10-15min.

4.Remove, brush with melted fat.
